O-Zone Nutrition and Juice Bar
For that pre-workout boost or to get rejuvenated for the rest of the day, you can replenish what your body needs at Oxygen's O-Zone nutrition and juice bar. O-Zone serves up everything from oatmeal, hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit to high-energy smoothies and protein shakes for kids and adults.

Named after our trainers and instructors, each juice bar drink has its own distinctive quality. The Fitness Fanatic
was inspired by one trainer's passion for peanut butter, soy milk and frozen banana that combines to create the ultimate post-workout treat. We created the MAC ATTACK for Personal Trainer Jonny Mac who swears by the energy-boosting combo of Myoplex Lite mixed with a scoop of GREENS PLUS-a natural super food packed with vitamins and minerals. Our members love them both!

For an added boost to any of our shakes you can add a scoop of Glutamine for muscle recovery, or Creatine to increase strength and lean muscle mass or Echinacea for those days when you aren't feeling your best. We have numerous add-ins to meet your specific needs.

A wide variety of low-fat and low-carb protein bars can also be found at O-Zone.

Did you know?

If you concentrate on "eating healthy" rather than "dieting" you'll be more successful in losing weight. Focus on what you can have (or need to eat more of) rather than what you can't have and you'll be more successful in losing weight.

  • Don't wait until you're thirsty to drink more fluids.
  • Vitamin/mineral supplements can't provide you with more energy but they may fill in the gaps where your diet is lacking.
  • Choose foods that are high in fiber. Fiber will help fill you up and curb hunger pangs.
  • Check food labels for sugar content. A little bit of sugar makes your body want more.
